Relaxation circle sessions.
Relaxation is so important.
There is never a time when we need connection more than when we are becoming or have just become parents. This is a weekly session to focus on connection to yourself and your baby and releasing any fears you have surrounding your pregnancy and motherhood. Each week we will talk through an aspect of birth, pregnancy and postpartum along with a corresponding meditation that will leave you feeling relaxed and connected.
This is open to those who are pregnant and new mothers. Although some
topics will focus on pregnancy, I aim to focus on the needs of the
mother and allow her to connect with her own individual journey.
